Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RCM Advisory Partners website, including its content, resources, tools, calculators, assessments, forms, reports, and other functionality.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. About RCM Advisory Partners

RCM Advisory Partners provides healthcare revenue cycle management consulting, advisory, optimization, implementation, technology, analytics, and related business services.

Information available through this website is intended primarily for healthcare organizations, executives, administrators, business owners, and other professionals.

2. Website Content Is Informational

Website content is provided for general informational and educational purposes.

Nothing on this website constitutes medical, legal, tax, accounting, investment, reimbursement, coding, compliance, or other regulated professional advice.

You should obtain appropriate professional advice regarding decisions specific to your organization.

3. No Guarantee of Financial Results

Examples, projections, benchmarks, estimates, calculators, case studies, illustrations, potential savings, revenue improvements, collection improvements, denial reductions, or other performance information do not guarantee future results.

Actual results depend on numerous factors, including an organization's payer mix, specialty, patient population, reimbursement contracts, billing practices, coding, technology, staffing, workflows, compliance environment, existing revenue cycle performance, and implementation.

RCM Advisory Partners does not guarantee any particular amount of increased revenue, collections, reimbursement, profitability, savings, ROI, or other business outcome unless expressly stated in a separately executed written agreement.

4. Calculators, Assessments and Interactive Tools

The website may provide calculators, estimators, assessments, benchmarking tools, diagnostic tools, or other interactive resources.

Outputs are estimates based on information supplied by the user and assumptions incorporated into the applicable tool.

They are not audits, valuations, reimbursement determinations, financial statements, coding determinations, compliance reviews, or guarantees.

Users are responsible for verifying information before making business, financial, operational, reimbursement, or compliance decisions.

5. No Provider-Patient Relationship

RCM Advisory Partners does not provide medical treatment through this website.

Use of this website does not establish a physician-patient, provider-patient, attorney-client, accountant-client, fiduciary, or similar professional relationship.

6. HIPAA and Protected Health Information

Do not submit Protected Health Information (“PHI”), patient records, medical records, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive patient information through general website forms, calculators, ordinary email, or other non-designated channels.

Use of this website alone does not create a Business Associate relationship under HIPAA.

If RCM Advisory Partners agrees to perform services involving PHI on behalf of a Covered Entity or Business Associate, applicable responsibilities will be established through appropriate written agreements, including a Business Associate Agreement (“BAA”) when required.

7. Consulting Engagements

Submitting a form, scheduling a consultation, receiving an assessment, communicating with a representative, or receiving a proposal does not create a consulting or professional-services engagement unless the parties enter into a separate written agreement.

Any actual engagement may be governed by a Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, Business Associate Agreement, Data Processing Agreement, or other contract.

If such an agreement conflicts with these Terms concerning services provided under that agreement, the executed agreement will control to the extent of the conflict.

8. Third-Party Platforms and Vendors

RCM Advisory Partners may discuss, evaluate, recommend, integrate with, or provide information concerning third-party technology vendors, software platforms, billing systems, EHR/EMR systems, clearinghouses, payment technologies, analytics tools, AI systems, or other products.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, references to third parties do not constitute an endorsement, partnership, agency relationship, or guarantee.

Third-party products and services remain subject to their own contracts, functionality, pricing, security, availability, and policies.

9. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Technologies

RCM Advisory Partners may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation, analytics, or other technologies in connection with its website or services.

AI-generated or automated outputs may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies and should be reviewed by appropriately qualified personnel before being relied upon for material business, financial, clinical, coding, reimbursement, or compliance decisions.

Users should not submit PHI or other restricted information into an AI-enabled feature unless that feature has specifically been approved for such use.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the website and its original content, branding, designs, graphics, text, software, methodologies, tools, reports, and other materials are owned by or licensed to RCM Advisory Partners and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use publicly available website materials for your own lawful internal informational purposes.

12. Accuracy and Availability

We strive to provide useful and accurate information but do not warrant that all content will always be complete, current, error-free, or applicable to every organization.

Healthcare reimbursement, regulations, payer requirements, technology, coding rules, and industry practices can change.

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update website functionality or content at any time.

13. Testimonials, Case Studies and Performance Examples

Testimonials, case studies, client experiences, examples, performance descriptions, savings estimates, revenue improvements, or similar information reflect particular circumstances and should not be interpreted as guarantees that another organization will achieve identical or comparable results.

17. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by applicable federal and state laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute relating solely to use of this public website will be brought in an appropriate state or federal court of competent jurisdiction in the United States, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
